Climate and weather for Corfu

Corfu is bright and hot in July and August so this is the best time to go for people who worship the sun.
For a more gentle introduction to Meditterranean weather a better time to travel to the Greek islands might be between April and June and September to the beginning of November. Active travelers should consider going in the spring time.
Temperatures in Corfu are generally warmer than those of the more northern countries of Europe throught the year, making Corfu an excellent destination to escape the winter.
